“The favorite dives was Dos Amigos, especially with the Arch ! We saw a big Manta, dolphins and lots of sharks. Really amazing dives and good spot.” — Francios, Belgium

Now for the trip highlights:

We’re just back from another expedition to Cocos Island aboard the Sea Hunter! After a relatively smooth crossing, we arrived to rainy weather in Cocos. Luckily, the fish don’t care about rain at all – we saw a good variety of life the first half of the week including tiger sharks, silkies, silvertips, mantas, dolphins and even a whale shark.

Toward the middle of the week we started encountering the big schools of hammerheads! (especially at Alcyone, where we also saw tiger sharks). Small Dos Amigos also showed us some solid cleaning station action. Toward the end of the trip we embarked on the island for a hike (in a bit of rain, which definitely added to the adventure!), which was absolutely amazing.
