We’ve just returned from another PHENOMENAL dive expedition to Cocos Island! In addition to massive schools of hammerheads, we saw a variety of other species including hawksbill sea turtles, manta and marble rays, and countless fish. One diver described the feeling as akin to “swimming inside a giant aquarium or fishbowl.” Check out the videos to see what they mean!

Alcyone was an explosion of life! On a single dive there, we saw tuna, hammerheads, Galapagos sharks, silkies, blacktips, whitetips, octopus, bottlenose dolphins, and more. It was on fire! We had some absolutely epic moments where we were completely surrounded by sharks on all sides!

Our dives at Dirty Rock were phenomenal from start to finish! We saw SO MANY hammerheads, both at the cleaning station and in huge schools out in the blue. The schools of jacks were otherworldly, and our divers loved getting “lost” in the massive clouds of them! Watching them swirl around us was a dizzying experience, in the best possible way.

Manuelita Coral Garden was a dream. It was so active! We saw marble rays, Galapagos sharks coming in super close at the cleaning station along with hammerheads, two orange frogfish, and a myriad of colorful fish, followed by dolphins at the safety stop. At Manuelita Outside, we encountered wahoos at the safety stop – after running into a big school of hammerheads, we saw about 7-8 wahoos that came in super close to us.

While diving Manuelita Channel, a large and curious tiger shark came in close at the safety stop. Ulloa gave us one of our favorite dives of the week, bursting with life and hammerheads passing leisurely by, excellent visibility, and super active marble rays. We also got up close and personal with at least four Galapagos sharks here.

For our last immersion, Cocos gave us a truly magical “goodbye” at Alcyone. We spent the dive with a tiger shark at the cleaning station as well as blacktip, silky sharks, and an incredible number of hammerheads schooling overhead! We can’t think of a better way to say “adios” to the most beautiful island on Earth!

I had some of the most amazing dives here in Cocos in my twenty years of diving. Roca Sucia and Manuelita out are my most favorite.
The dive masters are very experienced and attentive. Hecter and Louise are wonderful! And Robert is a great director. The staff had been very helpful, every is organized and in good condition. Special thanks to the chef and the kitchen assistants, they worked very hard to make us Chinese divers happy with meals and tried their best to accommodate our taste.

I was totally awash in wonder here in cocos island. The biggest school of jack fish in this planet, the legend tiger shark Lagartha, numerous hammer heads and galapagos sharks. I feel really blessed to have Hector and Luis as our dive masters. Best dive guides ever. The staff are wonderful. Many thanks to Chico and every asistant chef for letting us use the kitchen. Pollito is also very helpful with everything. Wonderful trip!

My best dives were conducted at both dirty rock where we had close encounters with hammers and huge schools of jacks, and Alcyone which is a truely magic site with full screen of hammerhead siluhettes, plus galapagos sharks, tunas, countless number of verieties of fish, and evenndolphins, way better than an aquarium. Exellent experience to be remembered for life.

It’s the wonderful diving trip in Cocos island. Of course the favorite dive is the last dive. We saw tiger shark. After diving, after the photos showed up, dive master recognized it is tiger shark called Lagertha, who reappeared in Cocos island after 2 years.I just said what a beautiful shark it is at that moment. I spent a wonderful and unforgettable diving life with buddies and all crews on the boat. I spent an amazing birthday party in this vocation.I wish I would come back to dive again.

Everyday is memorable and surprises for us.Many more hammerhead sharks we saw this time are more than my last trip to Cocos 9 years ago. The entire team made us feel at home and satisfied.Especially leader Robert, who made our holiday even more perfect.
